The Licence Client must be installed in order to run Eplan Smart Production.
Prerequisites
- The installation file has been downloaded.
- You have local administrator rights on the target system.
Installing the software
- Extract the Eplan download locally onto your PC.
- Open the extracted folder and navigate to “…\License Client”.
- Run ‘Setup.exe’ by right-clicking and selecting ‘Run as administrator’.
- Confirm the dialogue box that opens by clicking ‘Install’.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to accept the licence terms and start the installation.
- The necessary programme components are preselected by default.
- Start the installation by clicking ‘Install’.
- Once the installation is complete, you can finish the process by clicking ‘Finish’.
