Recommendations
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
- Make sure your browser and internet options are up to date.
- Make sure your firewall allows online communication.
- If you are unable to comply with the above-mentioned recommendations, use the Offline Activation license.
Activate online
- Start the license manager via the desktop icon.
- Enter your Entitlement ID (EID) and confirm with 'Activate Online'.
- You will receive an overview of your license to be activated, confirm with 'Activate'.
- Your license will now be registered online.
- After successful activation, select 'Update Service'.
- The license is now available.
Hint:
A further activation of your Entitlement ID (EID) on another system (PC, laptop, etc.) is not possible. In this case, temporarily return your Entitlement ID (EID) (Revoke).
