Recommendations
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- Ensure that your browser and internet options are up to date.
- Ensure that your firewall allows online communication.
- If you are unable to follow the recommendations above, please use the offline licence activation option.
Online Activation
- Launch the Licence Manager via the desktop icon.
- Enter your Entitlement ID (EID) and confirm by clicking ‘Activate online’.
- You will see an overview of the licence to be activated; confirm by clicking ‘Activate’.
- Your licence will now be registered online.
- Once activation is complete, select [Update Service]
- The licence is now available.
Note:
It is not possible to activate your Entitlement ID (EID) again on another system (PC, laptop, etc.). In this case, temporarily return your Entitlement ID (EID) (Revoke).
