The Eplan Certified Engineer (ECE) certification demonstrates your advanced expertise in the professional use of Eplan software.

The certification programme has been specifically developed for demanding engineering tasks and offers a clearly structured qualification pathway.

The ECE programme combines coordinated training modules into a holistic learning concept. The content builds systematically on previous modules and is consistently based on realistic project scenarios, industry-specific requirements and established engineering workflows.

From Silver to Gold: A tiered certification programme

The ECE programme is structured in tiers, enabling participants to develop their skills in a targeted manner:

The Silver certification forms the mandatory foundation of the programme. It provides a solid, practical foundation in the professional use of Eplan.
Building on this, participants can choose a specialist area: Automation or Digital Twin.

Upon successful completion of one of these specialisations, the Gold Award is conferred.

Eplan Certified Engineer Silver Certification

Become a certified Eplan Key User and develop into a confident software user with the Silver Certification.

The training is designed for all Eplan users who wish to learn how to use the software professionally, as well as for companies looking to bring engineering expertise in-house.

Eplan Certified Engineer Gold Certification: Electrical Design & Automation

This training course is designed for all key Eplan users who wish to deepen their knowledge in the field of ‘Electrical Design & Automation’.

In-depth exploration of electrical engineering processes
Methods for standardising and automating design processes
Optimisation of global workflows and documentation quality

Structure:

Automated Electrical Design Extension (5 days)
Scripting and Automation (2 days)
Practical training including examination (5 days)

Eplan Certified Engineer Gold Certification: Digital Twin

This training is designed for all key users of Eplan who wish to deepen their knowledge of using Eplan Pro Panel.

Course content at a glance:

Establishing digital continuity from engineering through to operation
Creation, maintenance and quality management of product- and plant-specific digital twins
Application of modern engineering methods and data-driven processes
