  • Für die Ermittlung der Potenziale benötigen wir Ihre Mitarbeit und Offenheit. Die Teilnehmer sollten Antworten auf unsere Fragen zu den Arbeitsweisen und Prozessen geben können.


Tipp

Die Workshop- und Ausarbeitungsdauer ist sehr stark abhängig von den Fokusthemen und der Komplexität der Systemlandschaft. Für eine gute Planung des Workshops empfehlen wir frühzeitig und ggf. vor der Beauftragung das Vorgespräch mit dem Berater zu führen.

Conseil

La durée de l'atelier et de l'élaboration dépend fortement des thèmes ciblés et de la complexité de l'environnement système. Pour une bonne planification de l'atelier, nous recommandons de mener un entretien préalable avec le conseiller suffisamment tôt et, le cas échéant, avant de le mandater.

Tip

The duration of the workshop and the time required to complete it depend very much on the focus topics and the complexity of the system landscape. For a good planning of the workshop, we recommend to have a preliminary discussion with the consultant at an early stage and, if necessary, before the assignment.
