Use the API

Enable the API to access the methods provided by Eplan Smart Production. The available methods are described in the Swagger file supplied.

Prerequisite

Eplan Smart Production is installed.

Enable the API

1. Open the “Settings” menu item.
2. Tick the “API interface enabled” box.
3. In the installation directory, under ‘Documents’, open the file ‘ESP_API_Swagger.yaml’. This file contains a description of the available API methods.
