Digital Onboarding

Implementation at your own pace

With Digital Onboarding, you follow our step-by-step digital instructions. From registration to using the Eplan software, you do everything yourself and completely independently. Of course, we don't leave you on your own. Instead, the digital self-service helps you install a standard Eplan working environment on your local computer. You will have access to interactive eLearning courses, allowing you to learn the basics of how to use our software correctly right from the start.

Our Engineering Standard with practical templates and typical project examples for use in your everyday work is also available. After Digital Onboarding, you will be able to use Eplan at an entry level for your first projects.

Basic Onboarding

Guided implementation

With Basic Onboarding, one of our consultants will accompany you as your personal advisor during the implementation of the software (single user or network) in your IT environment. You will also set up your work environment together.

During an in-person or online training course, an experienced trainer will help you build up your basic knowledge of Eplan solutions. You will also receive feedback on your first Eplan engineering project and help with optimisation.

You will have access to a wealth of information, such as our eLearnings and our Engineering Standard with practical templates and typical project examples from the industry. The Eplan Solution Center offers you comprehensive and individual support for specific application questions.

Extended Onboarding

Combining the essentials

With this package, you will also be accompanied by a consultant. Your personal advisor will assist you with installation, setup and the first steps. During the face-to-face or online training, an experienced trainer will help you build up basic knowledge of Eplan solutions.

You will be guided through the implementation of the software in your IT environment (single user or network). Together with your consultant, you will also set up a working environment based on our Engineering Standard. It is possible to adapt this to your specific requirements.

In addition to the services included in Basic Onboarding, we offer you extended consulting during implementation and accompany you through your first productive steps. Your personal consultant will give you feedback on your first Eplan engineering project and help you to optimise it and use the Eplan functionalities more comprehensively.

Of course, you also have access to Eplan Solution Centre, Engineering Standard and all eLearning courses.

Project Onboarding

The sophisticated plan

With this package, we provide you with a project manager who will draw up a detailed project plan and schedule for implementation.

This is done after a thorough analysis of your requirements so that we can understand your goals precisely and ensure that we achieve them together. You will receive training (in person or online) and detailed advice on how to make the best use of the platform and implement defined tasks.

The project manager organises the necessary resources to ensure that the desired milestones are achieved on schedule. Status meetings are held to monitor the progress of the project. We work particularly closely together during project onboarding. We ensure that an efficient working environment is set up in accordance with the project specifications. And your key users receive sufficient training and coaching so that they can quickly become productive after the onboarding phase.
